Returns & Exchanges

At Something Greek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom fraternity and sorority apparel, though please note that personalized items are subject to specific guidelines. If your order contains non-customized gear and doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; please remember that custom-embroidered or screen-printed items are final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for our New York warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
